First Time Blogger and Instructional Coach

Welcome all!!

Thank you for viewing my blog. This is the first time I have ever blogged. The interesting part is this is really my first day as an instructional coach. I was approved by the BOE last night, taught 4th grade math today and tomorrow I will attend my first meeting at the BOE as an Instructional Coach. I am very excited and very nervous. I hope that you enjoy the ride with into this new adventure.

WHY?

This blog is a great for all educators to discuss, explore and create a creative, educational and safe environment for all our students. This new position has made me realize that in order to be the best educators we can be we need someone standing behind and supporting us. I have posted this picture to remind myself and others that we want our students to be HAPPY, HEATHY and of course educated, but in my opinion HAPPY is number 1 and in order to do this, we as educators cannot continue to add the stress to our lives and our classrooms because the students see that and then they feel it as well. I hope you enjoy this blog!!!!
